The uniFLOW Online Embedded Applet for Lexmark enables organizations to protect devices against unauthorized use while giving authorized users fast, secure access to essential functions. Users authenticate directly at the device using methods that fit modern enterprise environments - card or smartphone swipe, PIN, or guest code - and immediately gain access to printing and scanning.
Secure and flexible print job release
uniFLOW Online secure print release combines strong security with user-friendly control at the device. After submitting a print job, users identify themselves on any networked device using a card, a smartphone, or a PIN to access their secure print queue. Jobs are released with a simple swipe to the right or securely deleted with a swipe to the left, ensuring both efficiency and data protection.
Adjusting finishing options
At the device, users can review and adjust finishing options before release, including black-and-white or color output, simplex or duplex printing, and stapling or hole punching. There is no need to resubmit the print job from the user’s desk.
Convenient on-demand printing for guests
Visitors can print via their mobile phones by emailing their documents to a dedicated company address. A unique code grants them access to their print queue.
Smart “Scan to Myself” workflow
Once users are logged in, they can use the device-based “Scan to Myself” functionality. Scanned documents will be automatically sent to their email inbox for further processing.
