Certified AirPrint® & IPP for MacOS®

uniFLOW enables secure printing from iPad®, iPhone®, and Mac® via AirPrint and IPP, without extra software. Jobs are sent to a secure queue and released after authentication. Being AirPrint-certified enables advanced options, such as color, stapling, and hole punching. Macs add the uniFLOW AirPrint queue in Printers & Scanners, with quick setup via a wizard-supported installer for multi-host and limited Bonjour/mDNS networks.

Certified Mopria® support

The Mopria® support allows Android users to now enjoy the benefits of uniFLOW secure printing and release jobs seamlessly to Mopria-certified devices. After installing the "Mopria Print Service" app on their Android device, users can print, select the required finishing options, and release the job on any connected uniFLOW printer. Of course, all printing is tracked and accounted to the right user.

Mobile apps for iOS & Android

The uniFLOW app allows users to print from anywhere, whether inside or outside the company network. They can submit jobs, preview documents, and adjust finishing options, such as duplex printing or stapling, before releasing. Authentication methods are flexible and include username and password, PIN, job code, or phone ID. Device selection is easy: choose from recent printers or scan a QR code. Each job is tracked and billed to the correct cost center or client matter, with budget limits set to prevent overspending.

Email submission & guest printing

Users can submit print jobs via email, while administrators maintain full control. Workflows can route jobs based on sender type or domain, enforce restrictions such as printing in black and white for guests only, and even display PDF previews of Microsoft Office files before releasing them. This offers convenience without compromising security or compliance.

Web upload for hybrid work

In hybrid environments, users can upload documents through the uniFLOW Online portal and set print options using the mobile app or at the device after signing in. Job names automatically match the original file name for easy identification, and the process operates smoothly across on‑premises and cloud workflows.
