DEVICE MANAGEMENT

Increase control of your multifunction devices.

Gain full system control

uniFLOW can manage an entire print fleet, providing businesses with a clear overview of all devices. If there are changes in device status, such as errors, these will be automatically highlighted. uniFLOW provides complete control over the printing fleet by preventing unauthorized device use and, when access is granted, recording all activity for future reporting. Implementing auditing processes also helps improve security.

Function control

uniFLOW enables restricting device functions based on users' security clearance levels. For instance, contractors may only copy in black and white at a device just outside the Managing Director’s office, or guests can print jobs from their mobile devices, but cannot copy or scan.

Status monitoring

uniFLOW helps businesses monitor their entire print fleet, enabling them to control all devices. The solution allows the administrator to get an immediate overview of the fleet, including media and toner levels on each device and their locations.

Status notifications

uniFLOW can send notifications on device status changes, with workflows for errors, paper, or toner issues. For example, it waits 15 minutes before emailing someone when paper runs out. If unresolved after 30 minutes, it alerts the facilities team.

Automatic device failover: Reliable uptime, zero disruption

Keep your printing environment always running smoothly.
With automatic device failover, your Canon devices instantly switch to another available server if the one they’re connected to goes offline, no manual intervention, no downtime, no stalled print jobs. Our smart server selection logic ensures every device connects to the least-loaded server in the group, helping your environment stay fast, balanced, and efficient. And when the original server comes back up, the device reconnects automatically. This way, your teams stay productive, your infrastructure stays resilient, and your operations never miss a beat.
