Built for the future: Native support for Windows Server 2025
As Microsoft continues to evolve its enterprise platforms, uniFLOW evolves with it. uniFLOW 2026 LTS now supports installation on Windows Server 2025, ensuring full compatibility with Microsoft’s latest server operating system. This update provides IT teams with a future-proof foundation for their print and scan environments, enabling secure, reliable deployments that align with modern infrastructure standards. Organizations can confidently plan platform upgrades without compromising stability or compatibility.
One release including all recent enhancements
uniFLOW 2026 LTS brings together all enhancements delivered through the uniFLOW 2025 v-releases into a single, stable long-term support version. Customers benefit from the latest features, refinements, and performance updates while retaining the predictability and extended maintenance lifecycle expected from an LTS release.
Introducing the new uniFLOW Printer App
Modern Windows printing is evolving rapidly, and uniFLOW 2026 LTS is ready. Introducing the uniFLOW Printer App extends support to the Microsoft IPP Class Driver, enabling secure, driverless printing scenarios aligned with the Windows Modern Print Platform. Available via the Microsoft Store, the uniFLOW Printer App delivers a modern, secure, and user-friendly experience for Windows PCs with WPP mode enabled, as well as ARM-based devices, including Copilot+ PCs.
Unlike the basic Microsoft IPP Class Driver alone, the uniFLOW Printer App provides:
- Full finishing options
- Seamless integration into the native Windows print workflow
- Access through standard print dialogs and printing preferences
This ensures users get a rich, familiar print experience, even in fully modern, driverless environments.

Core component modernization for long-term stability
To ensure continued performance, security, and maintainability, uniFLOW 2026 LTS includes a major modernization of core system components. Several legacy C++ components that had reached the end of life have been replaced with updated versions compatible with the latest Microsoft Visual Studio tooling.
Simplified group management in hybrid environments
Managing users and permissions across hybrid deployments just became easier. In uniFLOW 2026 LTS, group synchronization between uniFLOW Online and uniFLOW Server is now supported. In hybrid environments, groups can be synchronized across both platforms based on matching group names. By managing users and groups from a single system, organizations gain better control, improved accuracy, and streamlined administration.

A confident step toward modern IT and print architectures
With support for Windows Server 2025, a modernized core, advanced Windows printing capabilities, and simplified hybrid management, uniFLOW 2026 LTS represents a major step forward.
It is designed not just to meet today’s requirements, but to prepare organizations for what’s next: modern platforms, higher security expectations, and increasingly diverse device ecosystems.
uniFLOW 2026 LTS is available now, delivering a secure, scalable, and future-ready print management platform for enterprises worldwide.
