The latest release introduces enhanced automation and control for managing MEAP applet updates across device fleets. Automatic MEAP applet updates help organizations improve security, consistency, and operational efficiency while significantly reducing manual administrative effort.

Expanded Windows Ready Print support
uniFLOW Online 2026.3 adds support for the Canon Print Assistant app, enabling users to print securely via the Direct Secure Print feature in Windows Ready Print environments. Users benefit from enhanced finishing options, automatic Microsoft Store updates, and secure job release on compatible MEAP devices across the same location.
The release also enhances the Microsoft Universal Print experience. The uniFLOW Printer App is now automatically installed when connecting to a Universal Print queue, providing a more intuitive interface, advanced printing capabilities, and seamless updates without administrator rights.
Smarter device lifecycle management
uniFLOW Online 2026.3 further advances automated device management with new controls for MEAP updates. Administrators can define time periods during which updates should not occur, ensuring they do not disrupt business operations.
In addition, automatic device wake-up capabilities allow sleeping devices to power on before scheduled updates, helping organizations keep fleets secure and up to date while reducing administrative effort.
Defining blackout windows prevents updates during critical business hours.
