Supporting Windows Ready Print
uniFLOW sysHUB 2026.1 introduces support for Windows Ready Print, aligning printing with modern security and IT standards. The modern print platform enables driverless printing using the Internet Printing Protocol (IPP), reducing complexity and removing dependency on vendor drivers. Protected Print Mode enforces secure communication by allowing only IPP-based job submission, minimizing security risks. These templates are made available to end-users during print room job submission, where they can be selected to automatically apply predefined settings. By using templates, end users need only adjust a limited set of parameters, such as the number of copies or color options. This reduces manual input, minimizes configuration errors, and ensures consistent print output across all submitted jobs.

A new “Print Room Admin” area centralizes print management, providing a single location for configurations. Template-based settings and predefined print products standardize workflows, reducing manual input and errors.
