Supporting Windows Ready Print
uniFLOW sysHUB 2026.1 introduces support for Windows Ready Print, aligning printing with modern security and IT standards. The modern print platform enables driverless printing using the Internet Printing Protocol (IPP), reducing complexity and removing dependency on vendor drivers. Protected Print Mode enforces secure communication by allowing only IPP-based job submission, minimizing security risks. With the new IPP Input Channel, sysHUB can receive encrypted print jobs via IPP/IPPS while supporting richer metadata. This improves processing accuracy and ensures compliance, delivering a simplified, secure, and future-ready print infrastructure.
AI-powered assistant and integration capabilities
This release introduces AI-powered features to simplify workflows and improve efficiency. These capabilities help users interact with the system more intuitively. AI is embedded directly into the platform, supporting configuration, analysis, and automation tasks. In addition, sysHUB integrates with external AI services, enabling expanded functionality and flexibility. Workflows can dynamically adapt based on analyzed data, triggering automated actions with minimal manual effort. This reduces errors and increases productivity. By combining internal and external AI capabilities, sysHUB allows organizations to build smarter, more responsive workflows that continuously optimize performance and adapt to changing requirements.
Integrated AI chat
The integrated AI chat provides real-time assistance directly within sysHUB, helping users create, refine, and troubleshoot configurations without leaving their workflow. It supports complex elements such as XML or SQL, reducing reliance on external tools or expertise. By enabling instant support, it minimizes interruptions and improves productivity, making advanced functionality easier to use.

Dedicated AI adapter
The AI Adapter connects sysHUB with external AI services such as Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, or Google Gemini. It allows workflows to leverage external data analysis and insights for automated decision-making. This enables more dynamic, data-driven automation while giving organizations full control over their AI provider and data usage.

Enhanced print room and production printing capabilities
sysHUB 2026.1 enhances print room workflows for both end users and operators. The focus is on simplifying job submission and improving overall process efficiency. End users benefit from clearer instructions, better visibility of required formats, and improved options for adding job details. This reduces errors and ensures correct submissions. Operators gain better insight into job parameters and delivery instructions, enabling more efficient handling. These improvements streamline the full print process, reducing delays and manual corrections. By improving transparency and usability, sysHUB helps organizations maintain consistent output quality while increasing operational efficiency.
Simplified installation for production environments
A new “Production Print extension” simplifies deployment by enabling installation of all required production features in one step. This reduces manual configuration, shortens setup time, and ensures consistent system configurations. The streamlined approach accelerates implementation and supports scalable production environments.

Manage preconfigured print products
Predefined print products are introduced to standardize repeatable print workflows and simplify ordering. Administrators can upload standard PDF documents and configure them as selectable print products, including associated print settings and metadata such as name and thumbnail. These products are then made available for selection during job submission.

Manage print setting templates
Print setting templates are introduced to create and manage print settings, simplifying job configuration. Administrators can quickly create and update templates, allowing standardized print configurations to be defined in advance. These templates are made available to end-users during print room job submission, where they can be selected to automatically apply predefined settings. By using templates, end users need only adjust a limited set of parameters, such as the number of copies or color options. This reduces manual input, minimizes configuration errors, and ensures consistent print output across all submitted jobs.

Centralized management for print room configurations
A new “Print Room Admin” area centralizes print management, providing a single location for configurations. Template-based settings and predefined print products standardize workflows, reducing manual input and errors. This improves consistency, simplifies administration, and helps manage complex print environments more efficiently.

Supporting the new PRISMAdrive controller
uniFLOW sysHUB 2026.1 enhances production printing capabilities by supporting the new PRISMAdrive controller launched with the varioPRESS iV7. This extends compatibility with modern production environments and ensures seamless integration with current hardware platforms.

Single sign-on with external identity providers
sysHUB 2026.1 introduces single sign-on (SSO) to simplify user authentication and improve security. This reduces administrative effort and enhances user experience. The system supports providers such as Microsoft Entra ID and Keycloak, allowing users to log in with existing credentials. User accounts and roles are automatically created and assigned based on external identity data. This ensures consistent access control while reducing manual provisioning. SSO improves security, simplifies login processes, and makes user management more efficient.

System dashboard and one-click documentation
uniFLOW sysHUB 2026.1 combines a centralized dashboard with one-click documentation to improve visibility and transparency. The dashboard brings together workflows, queues, and configurations in a single view, helping administrators quickly understand dependencies and analyze system behavior.

At the same time, documentation can be generated instantly for system components or directly within configuration views, ensuring accuracy. Together, these features simplify management, support audits and onboarding, and provide consistent, up-to-date system insights.
